

STORY
Another excellent offering from the Gasharu Coffee family that brought us our Washed Rwanda offering. This coffee is incredibly complex due to the unique anaerobic fermentation, where the coffee is stored in oxygen-free environments for 72 hours. The result is some juicy and fun flavors that morph as the cup cools.
